Winners & Lataire step out of the shadows

In a letter addressed to all pigeon enthusiasts, Groep Lataire emphasizes its distance from any form of involvement in the investigation concerning one of their ambassadors.

In an open letter to all pigeon enthusiasts, Groep Lataire and the associated supplement brand Belgian Winners announced that they are not involved in the ongoing investigation into one of their campaign faces.

This letter came in response to an investigation into fraud that the KBDB initiated earlier this year. In this context, one of the ambassador-experts of Winners is suspected of irregular clocking in his hobby as a pigeon fancier, thus attempting fraud. This case came to light when his pigeon was recorded as the fastest of hundreds of pigeons or even the entire convoy for several consecutive weeks. The pigeon and the fancier in question were checked by the KBDB, which found irregularities with the chip ring. However, no verdict has yet been issued in the investigation.

In the letter, Groep Lataire and Belgian Winners wish to nip the circulating stories in the bud and also distance themselves from any form of fraud. They want to look their customers in the eye and emphasize that they are not involved in the investigation.
