Since the enactment of the "New Animal Health Law," and with the expansion of the recent bilateral agreements between Belgium - the Netherlands and Belgium - the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg - France, there are now new forms that must accompany your pigeons during transport in the context of
- ** the training of your pigeons in the adjacent provinces abroad, or,
- ** if you need to retrieve a stray pigeon from the adjacent provinces abroad.
