KBDB Ring Order 2025 Instructions for Associations
The price of the ring 2025 -> 1.00 EUR
- from the 151st ring > 3.00 EUR/ring
- from the 301st ring > 5.00 EUR/ring
1. RINGS
On Friday, December 27, 2024, the rings 2025 will be distributed to the associations.
To make it as simple as possible, it is possible to submit your first ring order via the KBDB platform.
Please submit your order via the platform by 12/1/2024 !!
The number of rings that the association orders from the KBDB includes those ordered by enthusiasts who have submitted their loft list d digitally as well as those who have submitted their loft list manual.
If desired, the rings will be sent to the address of the association's correspondent (under the responsibility and at the expense of the association). The rings will be sent on 12/26/2024.
Shipping Costs :
- from 1 to 8,000 rings = € 9.40 (BPACK 24H BUSINESS including tracking option).
Payment :
The invoice with the amount due will be sent to you within 10 days of receiving your order. Payment must be received by us before 12/12/2024.
PLEASE NOTE! All rings that your association wishes to pick up or have sent must always be ordered and paid for in advance.

The promotional lofts directly submit their orders to the KBDB and also pay them directly to the KBDB. They have the option to have the rings delivered via the association or directly to their home address. The promotional lofts we have noted for 2024 have already been contacted.

2. ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP FEE
Together with your payment for the rings, the membership fee for the association, which amounts to € 125.00 must be paid. The fee for the ranking organizer is included in this amount.
You will receive an invoice for this from accounting. Please do not pay any other contributions.
3. RING MANAGEMENT via the KBDB administrative program
Associations can also use the above login to register the sale of rings to lofts at https://www.kbdb-online.be/admin/
For the rings of 2025, the KBDB administration must first assign the rings to the associations. This will only be around or after the New Year.
On the KBDB website, you will find the button “Login” in the menu to go to the page where you can register.
Associations can still enter their sales for 2024 until December 15, 2024. After that, you will always have to ask the administration to intervene for rings of 2024.
4. INFO SHEET 2024 (Board and staff)
Don't forget to check the info sheet between 12/15 and 12/31, make adjustments where necessary, and validate on the KBDB platform. (Under Club Administration -> functions)
