In “decisions” regarding this meeting of October 20, 2023, I read under attachment Point 9: “Sporting organization for the racing season 2024” point 9.4 the following -
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS 2024:
*- PROHIBITION for participants to post photos or videos on social media.
These photos and videos are solely intended for their liberation officials and the members
of the NRBB.
If there is now “something” that the pigeon fanciers’ guild would like to see and consult with “watchful eyes,” it is the liberation visually depicted of their “athletes”... “goosebump moment” and an added value to the experience of their hobby! With a somewhat “reassured” (or anxious) heart, they can then await the arrival of their winged friends.
This measure now taken by the board is causing much “grumbling” and “discontent” among the enthusiasts.
Why suddenly this totally undemocratic and doubt-casting measure? Were we not promised a “glass house” with “openness” of governance???
I hope that this “initiative” is still (rightfully) scrapped! No “cover-up operations” please or “despotic” behavior!
