The chairman of the provincial section KBDB Antwerp is honored to invite a board delegation from your association to the general provincial meeting
which will take place on Friday, November 29, 2024, at 19:00 in the venue De Populier – Populierenhoeve 22 – 2240 ZANDHOVEN.
This is located behind garden center Rijmenants (situated on the main road between exit E34 Zoersel and exit E313 Massenhoven) and between the container park and BMX terrain of Zandhoven.

NOTE: The loft lists 2025 that are submitted manually may be deposited at the entrance of the hall in the box provided for this purpose during the General Meeting on 29/11/2024.
- YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTACH THE DIGITALLY SUBMITTED LOFT LISTS TO THE MANUALLY SUBMITTED ONES.
- Please also include the overview document ‘membership fees loft lists 2025’ with the loft lists.
- For filling this in, both the digitally submitted and manually submitted ones should be counted.
- See also the instructions that we sent earlier.
- It is a great help for the administration if the loft lists are already sorted alphabetically in advance.
- A helpful method is to arrange them in order of the number printed in the bottom right of the loft list.
Please note. Upon receipt of the manually submitted loft lists, please check the following:
– whether each loft list has been signed by the member(s) listed on it, preceded by the written ‘read and approved’
– that the date of birth of the member(s) is (are) correctly filled in
– that for minor members (-18) a responsible adult has co-signed the loft list, stating their relationship (father/mother) and name.
