To the associations of the PE Antwerp
The loft lists for 2024 will be available on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 14:00 at Café Den Berg, Antwerpsesteenweg 214, in Malle.
The associations are requested to organize themselves and collect the loft lists per joint playgroup if possible, in order to minimize the number of people traveling.
If this is the case, please know the roll numbers of the associations you are collecting together to ensure the collection goes as smoothly as possible.
Loft lists that are not collected will be available from Mr. Jef Oorts, Driehoekstraat 149 in Zandhoven and can be picked up there by appointment (0498/049813).
The loft lists must be returned by post to the KBDB in Halle by December 1, 2023, or submitted at the general meeting on November 25, 2023.
Please check carefully upon receipt
- whether the handwritten note ‘for agreement’ has been made and whether the loft list is signed.
- In the case of a tandem, the members of the tandem must each do this.
- If the loft list is submitted by a minor, a legal guardian must also sign the loft list, noting their name and relationship.
