Each year, February 1 is the reference date for the number of members of associations, departments, and the NPO.
Officials have therefore been asked to process all ongoing changes (registrations and deregistrations and transfers) in a timely manner, so that everything can be processed by the Department Officials and NPO Office before February 1.
This deadline ends on January 31 at 11:59 PM.
Changes processed after this will no longer count for the reference date.
