The female is entered on eggs about 2 weeks old.
They played the season with these pigeons on widowhood and specifically allowed them to come to nest for this flight.
Last Sunday, Frank & Jan trained them from Ahaus, which is directly on the flight line to Munich; they were initially supposed to go there.
Due to bad weather, it was moved to Freiburg.
On the occasion of the Olympiad in Maastricht 2024, Division 9 East Netherlands is organizing the Olympiad flight "National Munich". We are not going to the now well-known south, but reliving old times by visiting the east line once again. This often means different pigeons and enthusiasts at the top! All NPO members can participate in this flight.
The prizes will be awarded at the Olympiad in Maastricht. We hope for great participation and wish everyone much success!

Remarks: Unfortunately, the chance of a responsible release in Munich in the coming days is particularly small.
After much consultation and careful study of the weather maps and advice from the LC and the weather bureau, we have concluded that moving is the only right option.
We will therefore be in FREIBURG; this is about 500 km for Sibculo and about 450 km for Doetinchem.
