Employees of an aviation company in Ostend have reunited a missing racing pigeon from Sint-Truiden with its owner.
The weakened animal went missing in France after a race.
Since there happened to be an empty plane heading to Sint-Truiden, the pigeon was allowed on board.
In this way, the animal was reunited with its owner in a special manner.
