Board Members of the Antwerp Pigeon Fanciers Associations
The chairman of the provincial section KBDB Antwerp has the honor, in accordance with the house rules, to invite a board delegation from your association to the general provincial
meeting taking place on Saturday, November 25, 2023, starting at 9:30 AM.
The meeting will be held at the events hall De Populier at Populierenhoeve 22 in Zandhoven.
This is located behind garden center Rijmenants (situated on the main road between exit E34 Zoersel and exit E313 Massenhoven) and between the container park and BMX area of Zandhoven.
TENTATIVE AGENDA
1. Opening remarks by the chairman
2. Approval of the minutes from the previous general meeting on 26/11/2022 (to follow with the final agenda)
3. Annual report from the Provincial Committee – service year 2022/2023 (to follow with the final agenda)
4. Presentation of the sports program 2024
5. Any proposals for inclusion in the agenda of the national general meeting
of January/February 2024
Proposals from the associations for the final agenda of the provincial meeting can
be submitted in accordance with Art. 29 of the KBDB statutes by no later than November 3, 2023. (postmark 3/11/23 counts)
Associations wishing to ask questions to the committee can do so by no later than November 3, 2023 by addressing them to the provincial section,
either by email to dubois.e@kbdb.be or fons.bruurs@telenet.be or by post to KBDB Antwerp, Gaasbeeksesteenweg 52-54, 1500 Halle or fax 02/538 57 21.
Questions of general interest will be discussed at the general meeting.
Loft lists 2024 can be submitted during the general meeting.
