13-12-23 Extraordinary National General Meeting 11/12/23 – Decisions
EXTRAORDINARY NATIONAL GENERAL MEETING
Monday, December 11, 2023, at 10:00 AM KBDB building, located at Gaasbeeksesteenweg 52-54 in 1500 HALLE.
This extraordinary national general meeting was convened to make decisions on the following points included in the agenda:
1. KBDB STATUTES
a) Amendment of the statutes to bring them in line with the amended legislation in this regard, particularly the Code of Companies and Associations, with a point-by-point discussion of the proposed amendments to the statutes;
b) Coordination of the statutes with the establishment of the new text of the statutes.
2. RESIGNATION
Resignation of Mr. Luc De Backer as chairman of the national advisory council for mechanical clocks.
