We receive the sad news of the passing of Albert Vangeel.
Albert was the son-in-law of the late honorary chairman Frans Nijns of De Ware Liefhebbers Geetbets. Furthermore, Albert was one of our behind-the-scenes team members in our pigeon society and also the father of Vanessa Vangeel, who was present annually at our larger events, such as the champion celebration and the community feast, as a volunteer.
We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends in their loss of their loved one.
May the beautiful memories of Albert give them strength and courage during this difficult time.
