10-07-25 Announcement from the KBDB – Viewing Day for Affected Fanciers (Thefts)
As you know, some time ago, during searches by our judicial authorities, dozens of stolen pigeons were found.
This investigation was initiated after months of close collaboration between the KBDB and the Federal Judicial Police. In the past weeks, DNA profiles of all the seized pigeons have been prepared. Based on this, it is hoped that it will be possible to determine who the rightful owners are.
Under the supervision of the Federal Judicial Police, a viewing day will be organized for the affected fanciers on Friday, July 11. All fanciers who registered for this received a personal invitation from the KBDB. In the first phase, the invitees will be able to view, assess, and hopefully identify the seized pigeons.
In the second phase, the KBDB hopes to return as many seized pigeons as possible to their rightful owners.
