Despite various offers, Kimlynn remained at the lofts in Odiliapeel. This would later prove to be a good choice as numerous offspring scored countless top-100 rankings at both National and International levels in the years that followed - and still do! With a strong lineage of Jellema, Aarden, and Van Wanroy pigeons, Twan Bongers has proven for decades, both independently and in partnership in recent years, to belong to the absolute top of the European long-distance racing world. The harsh conditions of the summer of 2026 also proved to be an easy challenge for the Bongers pigeons, just think of top rankings and ace pigeons at "Belgium's Best in 2026": Dirk Christiaens-Desmedt, and similar results with Christof De Braeckeleer, Nico Fourneaux, Danny Lievens, Koen & Kelly Stevens, and Geert De Schepper.
