Each sales season, a number of pigeons from various auctions cannot be delivered due to administrative reasons (for example, the certificate of ownership not being received in time) or as a result of non-payment by the buyer.
In cases of non-payment, we will of course not hesitate to exhaust all legal options in order to ensure that fraudulent buyers ultimately meet their obligations. These individuals will, naturally, no longer be accepted as bidders in our auctions in the future.
However, these are often valuable pigeons that can represent a genuine strengthening for any breeding loft. They are therefore given a second chance with a new owner in our “Non-Delivered” collections.
This particular collection concerns a lot of pigeons purchased by one and the same fancier. A few days after the purchase, however, the buyer received medical instructions to immediately dispose of all pigeons for health reasons. Pitts was informed of this situation promptly and is now forced to re-offer the pigeons at auction. We sincerely wish him a speedy recovery and hope that these pigeons will nonetheless find a good new home.
